When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

The AMSEC BFX6032 gun safes are considered the most unique gun safes in the industry with its 1/2" steel plate door combined with 1" DryLight insulation, 2" total wall thickness on all sides also filled with DryLight insulation, and the body has two layers of steel, an 11 gauge outer steel liner and 11 gauge inner steel liner, for exceptional fire and security protection. With all that steel in the walls, we end up with a total thickness of 7 gauge! New for 2020, AMSEC now has advanced independent locking bolt works that are sledgehammer and punch-proof with all individual locking bolts operating separately from each other on a 4-way gear-driven bolt work locking system. On the AMSEC BFX6032, you get fourteen corrosive resistant 1.5" solid steel locking bolts that lock into a double reinforced steel frame making this the industry's best pry-resistant bolt work.
The AMSEC BFX6032 has Dry Light in between the steel of the walls and door, which is an advanced poured concrete insulation material that eliminates the use of gypsum board and creates a dry and seamless barrier providing ETL verified fire protection of 120 minutes at 1200°. It's proven to maintain interior temperatures of less than 350° and has 2 stage dual fire seals with a silicone seal on the door jamb and an expandable Palusol and Silicone seal on the door that'll keep the smoke out.
On the door of the AMSEC BFX6032 lies a U.L. Rated Lock of your choice and a decorative three-spoke handle in chrome, black nickel, or brass.

Shipping and Returns
Prices are F.O.B. Fontana, California and are subject to change without notice. Orders for products not included in this price list will be treated
as specials, and prices will be assigned by individual quotations issued by American Security Products Company (AMSEC).
State or local sales taxes, or other taxes that may be levied or assessed upon a sale or purchase of products listed in this price are not included
in the prices shown. Any such taxes must be paid by the purchaser and if, by law, the vendor is chargeable with the collection or payment
thereof, the sum must be added as a tax to the price listed herein.
SALES NOTICE: Any sales of products shipped in Arizona, California, Florida, North Carolina and Texas are subject to sales tax, unless
purchaser has on file with American Security Products, a resale certificate issued from the state products are being shipped into.
All orders for standard products must specify the model number and description. Orders for specials must include complete descriptions
and or drawings, color and delivery information. Routing information should be supplied in writing as well as the selection of the freight
carrier. Otherwise the merchandise will be shipped “best way”. Confirmation purchase orders mailed must be marked “Confirmation-Do Not
Duplicate.” Orders may not be cancelled except by written consent from AMSEC, Fontana, California. Cancelled orders for catalog items may
be subject to a restocking charge of 20%. Cancelled orders for specials are subject to charges based on the degree of completion and market
value of the unit(s). Special orders (custom units) must ship within 30 days of original ship date.
All AMSEC products are inspected at the factory prior to shipment. AMSEC’s liability for damaged merchandise ceases when the
shipment is accepted by a common carrier. All merchandise should be carefully inspected by the consignee and if damage or
shortage is evident, the consignee should refuse acceptance until an agent of the carrier indicates on the delivery receipt the nature
and extent of the damages or shortages. All claims for damages or shortages should be made directly to the carrier. In cases of hidden
damage (damage not evident on the carton or crate) unpacking should be stopped and the carrier notified to send an inspector. Save the
original carton or crate for the inspector to examine.
Return Shipments will not be accepted unless authorized in advance and an RGA# assigned by AMSEC, and are subject to cancellation,
transportation, handling and restocking charges.
Service performed under AMSEC’s Limited Warranty will be considered for approval only if the following procedures and policies are followed:
1. A Warranty Authorization Number must be obtained from AMSEC BEFORE ANY SERVICE WORK IS PERFORMED. Authorization
can be obtained by calling the AMSEC Service Department at 951-685-9680 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Pacific
Time, Monday through Friday. The serial number, description of the product and nature of the problem must be supplied to AMSEC
to determine warranty status before an authorization number will be assigned. Issuance of the authorization number recognizes only
the existence of a problem and does not constitute an admission of liability by AMSEC. Only approved service representatives will be
authorized to perform warranty service.
2. AMSEC will send a Warranty Service Report form (WSR) either by mail or with any required parts. This form must be filled out and
returned with your invoice and defective parts before service charges can be considered for payment.
3. AMSEC’s warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts for one year. Defective parts must be returned (not repaired unless
instructed) to AMSEC. If parts are not returned, the warranty invoice will be denied. Do not invoice for parts. Defective parts will be
replaced by AMSEC. State sales tax does not apply to warranty service work and will not be honored.
4. AMSEC offers technical support via telephone free of charge for a period of one year after the purchase of a product. Technical
support can be obtained by calling 951-685-9680 between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
After one year, phone support is offered on a charge-per-call basis. Service and support contracts are available on select products.
5. Any service performed prior to issuance of a warranty authorization number will be subject to denial. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE
